About Grasshopper

Aimed at anyone with an appreciation for passion, Grasshopper is a creative documentary that chronicles my journey travelling, photographing & filming moments of in-joyment all around the world. I want to share my discoveries, poignant lessons and inspiring human interactions with you. Most importantly, though, Grasshopper is all about sharing fun and possibly lighting a spark of inspiration in you!


Why Grasshopper?
Symbolically, I feel connected to this little creature, so I have made it the mascot of my journey: "The grasshopper is a fabulous messenger of ingenuity, resourcefulness, joy and honor.  She speaks to artists, and inspires dance, song, and music."


And who am I, Veronica S. Lumen?
I am a dreamer who dreams, a lover who loves, I am a photographer who photographs, a writer who writes, I am a happy person who shares joy, I am a believer who knows that believing is seeing :-)
